HABRI Central exists to advance the interdisciplinary understanding and study of human-animal interaction. By aggregating and hosting collections of material related to the study of human-animal interaction in a centralized, collaborative, and inclusive environment, we hope to facilitate research and stimulate discussion across disciplines.
The founding partners of HABRI Central are Purdue Veterinary Medicine and Purdue University Libraries. While it is owned by Purdue University and editorially independent, generous initial funding for the project has been provided by the HABRI Foundation.
